Gabriella Pugh BA (Hons), Norland diploma - Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant

Gabriella graduated from Norland in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Development and Learning. After completing her Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) year, she went on to gain her Norland diploma and graduated as a Norlander in 2017.

Since qualifying, Gabriella has had a variety of nannying roles in the South West and London. Recently, she has worked at a children’s centre as a Family Practitioner alongside her nanny role. In this role, she delivered parenting courses and classes for under 5s. She is also a certified infant massage instructor (CIMI).

In her role as NQN Consultant, Gabriella will train, prepare, support and assess students through their first year of employment as probationary nannies, knowns as NQNs.
