Meet the team

Helen Vipond BA (Hons) - Quality and Regulations Manager

Helen joined Norland in August 2018 as part of the Consultancy and Training team, before moving to Quality and Standards in 2019. She was appointed Quality and Regulations Manager in September 2021. Helen has a first class honours degree in Education from Bath Spa University in addition to a Level 3 diploma in Early Learning and Childcare. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her beagle, Max.
