Rebecca Churcher - Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Recruitment Administrator

Rebecca joined the Newly Qualified Nanny team (NQN) as NQN Recruitment Administrator in November 2022.

Her role entails liaising with potential employers to assist them with the registration process and helping students develop essential employment skills before they embark on their journey after training at Norland.

Rebecca has vast experience in customer service while being a full-time mother. Prior to having a family, she worked in a Montessori school where she nurtured preschool-aged children and helped them develop vital early years skills in an environment that she was passionate about.
