Debbie Howard - HR Officer

Debbie joined Norland as an administrator in 2013 and after supporting the Norland Nursery, transferred to the College. Debbie has over 20 years’ experience as an administrator and has recently been appointed to the role of HR Officer. Debbie deals mainly with the administration of staffing and anything related to it, whilst supporting the Head of HR. Debbie is CIPD qualified to a Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice. Debbie also works on reception and is a main point of contact for staff, students and visitors to Norland.
