Meet the team

Nia Pike is a Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) Consultant at Norland. This role includes training, preparing, supporting and assessing our students mostly through their first year of employment as NQNs. In 2009 Nia attended Norland College as a student and trained alongside her peers to earn her Norland Diploma and went on to complete a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies in 2013. Previous to working with the NQN Team Nia spent her time nannying for various families around the world using the valuable training taught at Norland College. Going forward, Nia hopes to study towards an MA in Early Childhood Studies.
